For Tripura, Rana Dutta (2/57) and C K Paul (2/64) were the pick of the bowlers with two wickets each, while MB Murasingh (1/79) snapped one wicket.
Tripura's fight lasted for 47.4 overs as they were dismissed for 166 to hand over a massive victory to Vidarbha in the end.
AA Wakhare (3/29) returned with three wicket haul for Vidarbha, while R D Thakur (2/41), AK Karnewar (2/12) snapped two wickets and Umesh Yadav (1/10) and R Jangid (1/48) took one each.
