The duo abducted the girl when she was waiting at a bus stand to catch a bus on February 23, they said.
The youths took the girl to a restaurant in Bhiwadi town, drugged her and allegedly raped her, police said.
The victim told her parents about the incident who lodged a complaint to police.
A case was registerd against Vinay and Narendra, the two youths, on the basis of the complaint, police said.
The girl was medically examined, they said adding a hunt was on to nab the two youths who were absconding.
