The 'High School Musical' star talked about her friendship with Gomez, 21, during a web chat with fans on April 5, reported Us magazine.
Hudgens, 25, was asked by a fan to describe Gomez in five words.
"Beautiful, talented, go-getter, loyal, gypsy," she said.
The duo have remained close since co-starring in the 2012 comedy film 'Spring Breakers'.
They were also spotted hugging each other at the Vanity Fair Oscars after party in early March.
