Senior citizen killed in Mumbai building collapse

An elderly woman was killed and four persons were injured when a portion of a four-storey building caved in, apparently due to rain, in Mahim in central Mumbai today, a municipal officer said.
"People are feared to have been trapped under the debris," the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) officer said.
The building known as 'Altaf' is located on Cadell Road.
The deceased has been identified as Zaibunissa Abdul Sattar Laakha, the official said, adding rescue operations are still on.
The injured have been shifted to Bhabha Hospital in suburban Bandra, KEM and at Sion Hospital.
