"Sub-inspector Sitaram Swarnkar, posted at Rampur Kala police station, has been suspended and an order has been issued to identify two youths seen indulging in celebratory firing in the video," said Superindent of Police Saumitra Yadav, adding that two persons have been arrested in connection with the incident.
The incident captured in the video took place at Bhagwantpur Rewali village in Rampur Kala area yesterday.
Ram Naresh and his son Shanu have been arrested and a licenced gun and a country-made weapon recovered from them.
