Mutilated body of elderly man found in forest

A mutilated body of a 65-year-old man was today found from the forest area in Mailani range under South Kheri division here, police said.
Bhogan, a native of Kharehta village, had gone to his field yesterday but did not return home till midnight, they said.
His body was found from the forest with the lower part being eaten by some animal, Range Officer, DS Yadav said.
He said some wild animal might have attacked Bhogan inside the dense forest and killed him.
The postmortem report would establish which animal attacked him, he added.
