The Deputy CM's move come in the wake of repeated complaints by AAP ministers about some of officials' 'non-performance'.
Citing the Transaction of Business Rules (TBR) in his order, Sisodia said that it is mandatory for all HoDs to file weekly statement indicating the current status of important proposals or matter disposed of in the department by the minister, the secretary and the other officers during the preceding week.
He directed that the statement should be submitted by 5 PM on every Monday or the next working day, if it is a holiday.
"A copy of the statement shall be simultaneously submitted to the Lt Governor and Chief Minister," the order stated.
He also said that thereafter, the same reporting mechanism described above will be followed in respect of each sub-project.
