Titled as "Beauty in Biodiversity", the event is aimed to create awareness about Indian bioversity, species and habitats and to recognise the talents of photographers practicing in India, while highlighting the great wealth and diversity of the Country's Natural History, a release said today.
The photograph contests are in three categories of Amphibians, Reptiles and Mammals, (2) Birds and (3) Insects and plants, with three prizes in each category.
A drawing competition would also be held for school students on November 14, Children's day, with the theme of Indian Nature and wildlife.
