The deceased were members of a marriage party, police said.
The mishap occurred when the jeep rammed into the truck carrying cement, which was headed towards Parbhani.
The deceased are identified as Ramchandra Motilal Bharadiya, Jagdish Madan Bang, Damodhar Gokuldas Sarda, Harish Jankilal Bang, Ramkishwar Bansilal Lohiya and Ramdas Uttamrao Surwase - all residents of Umerkhed in Yewatmal district, police said.
The injured Dhanajay Patrewar, Dinesh Tela, Ashish Sharma, Gudu Soni and Yadav Datta Gaikwad, the driver of the jeep, are admitted to civil hospitals in Parbhani and Nanded, police added.
