"Every country has a issue, be it small or big. These are local issues and our dozen-odd companies operating in India are into niche areas and so don't see 'local' issues as obstacles," Slovenian Ambassdor to India Darja Bavdaz Kuret said at MCC Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
At least one slovenian company is engaged in offering technology solutions in underground mining, a Slovenian official said.
Kuret hoped that in the coming years the Slovenia-India bilateral trade would improve despite it having dipped in 2013-14 by 15 per cent to USD 330 million.
