Small sugar dips on stockist selling, good supplies

Small sugar variety dipped at the Vashi wholesale market here today on stockist selling amidst good supply positions.
Medium sugar also moved down on lower demand from retailers.
Small sugar (S-30) dropped by Rs 10/110 per quintal to Rs 2,726/2,815 from Thursday's closing level of Rs 2,736/2,925.
Medium sugar (M-30) fell by Rs 8/4 per quintal to Rs 2,842/3,021 as against Rs 2,850/3,025.
Following are today's closing rates for sugar (per quintal) with the previous rates given in brackets:
Medium sugar (M-30) quality: Rs 2,842/3,021 (Rs 2,850/3,025.
Small sugar (S-30) quality: Rs 2,726/2,815 (Rs 2,736/2,925).
