Smoggy conditions created problems for the city residents for another day today.
However, visibility levels improved as the day progressed.
The visibility was recorded at 500 m at 5.30 am. It dropped to 400 m at 8.30 am but improved to 1,400 m at 2.30 pm.
Fourteen trains were cancelled due to poor visibility in the morning.
The national capital recorded a maximum of 28.5 degrees Celsius and a low of 12.4 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average.
Humidity levels oscillated between 98 per cent and 39 per cent.
The MeT office predicted partly cloudy skies, mist and shallow fog for tomorrow.
Light rains are likely to occur on November 14 and 15, which will help clear the smog, MeT officials said.
