On his arrival, Vice Admiral Luthra was received by Rear Admiral M D Suresh, officiating Commandant and was formally briefed on major training and administrative issues at the INA, a release said today.
The Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief is accompanied by his wife and personal staff.
Vice Admiral Luthra will be inaugurating an environmental park and training area named "The Voyage" during his visit, the release said.
