SSB jawan dead, 35 injured in mishap

A jawan died and 35 others injured, four of them seriously, in a bus mishap in Darjeeling district of West Bengal today.
63 jawans were travelling in two buses from their 41 battalion camp to Dohia for firing practise when one vehicle overturned and fell into a roadside ditch, SSB PRO Kariappa said.
The jawan identified as Anju S died on the spot while 35 others were injured four of them seriously.
The injured have been admitted to the North Bengal Medical College Hospital and Bankdubi Army Hospital.
