The three students of the college, located at Ballabgarh- Sohna road of Faridabad, have filed a complaint of cheating against the management of the institute accusing it of allowing admission to the students without registering them with the university, police said.
The students have stated in their complaint that after taking admission in the B.Tech course of the college and appearing in the examination for the first semester, the roll number of eight students were not released by the University.
The students were given roll numbers and they appeared in the examination of first semester and same ways appeared for the second semester examination.
However, their results were not released by Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, to which the institute is affiliated.
The trio went to the University to enquire about their result and came to know that they have not been enrolled in the university, police said.
In the process of admission and two examinations all the complainants claimed to have deposited an amount of Rs 2,15,000 each, they said.
After verification of these documents the management of the institute will be called for their statement in the case, he said.
