Sugar mill gate prices down on ample supply

Sugar mills prices eased marginally by Rs 5 per quintal in the wholesale sugar market at national capital today following ample supplies from mills against low reduced offtake by stockist and bulk consumers.
Marketmen said apart from higher supplies from mills, reduced offtake by stockist and bulk consumers, mainly pulled down sweetner prices.
In millgate section, sugar Budhana, Thanabhavan, Khatauli, Bulandshar and Chandpur sheded Rs 5 each to Rs 3,180, Rs 3,170, Rs 3,260, Rs 3,140 and Rs 3,130 per quintal, respectively.
Prices of Kinnoni, Dhanora and Simbholi also faded by Rs 5 each to Rs 3,290, Rs 3,150 and Rs 3,270 per quintal.

However, sugar spot prices ruled flat on spradic buying support.

Sugar ready: M-30 Rs 3,250-3,450, S-30 Rs 3,230-3,430.
Mill delivery: M-30 Rs 3,135-3,295; S-30 Rs 3,120-3285.
Sugar mill gate (including duty): Mawana 3,190, Kinnoni 3,290, Asmoli 3,240, Dorala 3,200, Budhana 3,180, Thanabhavan 3,170, Dhanora 3,150, Simbholi 3,270, Modi Nagar Rs 3,170, Khatuli 3,260, Dhampur 3,130, Ramala 3,170, Bulandshar 3,140, Anupshar 3,140, Baghpat 3,180, Morna 3,180, Sakoti 3,140, Chandpur 3,130 and Nazibabad 3,140.
