The 60 ft long, eight ft wide and 10 ft heigh monorail, considered a dream project of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Jayalalithaa, will be the major attraction at the show, inaugurated by the state Agriculture Minister, Agri Krishnamurthy, in the presence of senior district officials, including the District Collector, P Shankar.
More than three lakh flowers, including Inca marigold, French Marigold and Lilian, were used for the show, being held at the botonical garden, displayed in 15,000 pots.
