"There should be special fund for implementing the plan. If development works are concentrated in a single village other areas of the constituency will get neglected," the Baramati MP said while addressing a function at a local college.

Sule also alleged that BJP-led Maharashtra government has failed to provide any relief to farmers who are reeling under drought in various parts of the state.
