Swine Flu claims life in UP

A 25-year-old woman afflicted with the swine flu virus died in Sarojni Naidu Medical College here, a senior health official said today.
Gayatri Devi, who belonged to Korai village near Fatehpur Sikri, was admitted to the hospital on February 19, after she was tested positive for for the H1N1 virus, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dr Nirmala Yadav said.
When Gayatri's condition deteriorated, she was shifted to the ICU, where she breathed her last yesterday, the CMO said.
Her husband and other family members have been kept under medical supervision, Dr Yadav said.
