The company had posted a net profit of Rs 22.18 crore for the corresponding period last fiscal, Thomas Cook India said in a filing to the BSE.
Consolidated total income of the company stood at Rs 964.75 crore for the quarter under review. It was Rs 609.54 crore for the same period a year ago.
Meanwhile, Thomas Cook said that its result is not comparable with the corresponding quarter due to demerger of Sterling resort.
"The consolidated results of Holiday Activity of demerged Sterling and Time Share business of demerged Sterling respectively are not comparable with the corresponding period", it said.
