Three cops suspended in corruption case

Three police personnel attached to Jaggaiahpeth police station in Krishna district were suspended under corruption charge, a senior officer said here today.
The personnel are identified as circle inspector M. Kishore babu, sub-inspector J. Venkataramana and police constable Lakshminarayana, said SP J. Prabhakara Rao.
The trio were allegedly involved in a corruption case, the SP said refusing to divulge details.
They were found guilty in a departmental inquiry conducted against them and suspension orders were issued by the DIG (Eluru range) Vikram Singh Mann last evening.
