Three family members, one other die in road accident
The deceased have been identified as Satola (55), her son Vijay (35) and daughter-in-law Puja (32). They died after being crushed by a car while they were waiting on the roadside in Kasenda village today, Superintendent of Police Ratan Kant Pandey said.
He said one Ramkali (42) died at the hospital in Allahabad, whereas Puja's two-and-a-half-year-old son Sachin was seriously injured.
Agitated over the incident, locals torched the vehicle, he said.
The car driver Shitij has been arrested, he said.
