Toyam Industries appoints FMCG-veteran Sunil Alagh as advisor

Toyam Industries, engaged in sports events today announced that Sunil Alagh has joined the company as an advisor.
Alagh brings to Toyam Industries 40 years of leadership experience in the food processing sector, as the company is launching its Health F&B chain of products, a a statement said.
Alagh will advise on day-to-day operations for all aspects of the company businesses in general and health F&B vertical in particular.

Joveo, a job advertising technology platform has raised USD 5 million in a first strategic round (Series A) of funding led by Nexus Venture Partners.
Joveo will use the recently raised funding to continue to accelerate its product offerings, expand its partnerships and scale its AI/deep learning layer, it said in a statement.
Apart from the funding announcement, the company also announced their acquisition of Ripple Media, a programmatic media buyer which partners with agencies to provide an open publisher marketplace and trading expertise. ********** FICCI to launch intl contents market with Frames *
Industry body Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) today said it is launching an international contents market to run concurrently with its annual Frames conference scheduled from March 5-7.
The confluence market will host around 100 buyers and 300 sellers from 50 countries in its first year and attendees are expected to include media firms like Vice, Star India, CBS and Viacom18, in addition to domestic and international OTT platforms. The market aims to provide a platform to sell Indian and Asian content across film, TV, digital, documentary and animation.
