Traffic cops identify places to install road security signages

Police here have identified 100 such places in the city where road security signages is proposed to be installed to tackle the problems of congestion due to unruly traffic.
A report has been submitted before district magistrate for his nod on the proposal, police said.
Traffic Inspector Anil Yadav said that city roads were facing congestion problems due to unruly traffic and the number of road accidents was continuously rising.
After an in-depth survey of the roads points at CISF in Vasundhara, Hapur Chungi, NH-24, Hindan Barrage, Hapur Road, Ambedkar Road, G T Road, Link Road, NH-58 various intersections and U-turn have been identified where traffic movement comes to a grinding halt during peak office hour in the morning as well as evening, Yadav said.
