Tremors felt in Assam

Tremors were felt in Assam, including the capital city Guwahati, after a powerful earthquake measuring 7.9 on Richter scale struck Nepal today.
The quake was also felt in Kaziranga National Park area. The quake shook buildings and rattled windows in houses, police said.
However, no loss of life or property have been reported so far, the sources said.
