Two arrested for posting pictures, comments on Facebook

Two youngsters, were arrested here today in two separate incidents for allegedly creating fake Facebook profiles of others and posting obscene pictures and comments on the social networking site.
One of those arrested is an executive officer at Seeds Intimate Apparal India Private Ltd, while the other is a network administrator at Indus Valley IT Solutions.
Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crimes) S Varada Raju said here today that in the first case, Bathula Suresh (29) married a girl, who is also an employee at a university.
Few months after the marriage, Suresh started harassing his wife for petty reasons and he was arrested by local police under Section 498 (A) of Indian Penal Code after his wife lodged a complaint against Suresh in 2012. Since then Suresh's wife has been staying at her parents' house.

Suresh, a resident of Kuruplam Market area in the city, working as executive accounts and finance at Seeds Intimate Apparal India Pvt Ltd near Atchuthapuram in the district, was arrested two times in the past for harassing his wife and sending e-mails to his wife's colleagues by defaming his wife and her family members.
Even after his release from prison on bail, Suresh went back to his old days and took to cybercrime to defame his wife and his family members.
With an intention to take revenge on his wife after he was released from prison, Suresh hacked his wife e-mail ID and password and allegedly sent abusive and nagging e-mails to her colleagues and also defamed his wife.

Allegedly, he created fake profiles of his wife, sister-in-law and father-in-law in 2013 and also allegedly posted his wife's semi-nude photos as well as some abusive comments on Facebook.
