"Acting on specific information, police arrested two persons Tariq Ahmad Mir and Mohammad Aslam Khan, both residents of Pulwama district," a police spokesman said.
He said police recovered 150 grams of Charas and Rs 4,300 cash from them.
Police has registered a case under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, the spokesman said.
