The liquor was seized yesterday during a drive being carried out by police for preventing political parties from influencing voters, Superintendent of Police Lovely Katiyar said.
During the checking, liquor of various brands manufactured illegally in Haryana were seized from the truck and the driver Chinder Singh (32), a native of Mandi, along with helper Baldev Singh, a resident of Faridkot was arrested, he said.
Police is questioning both the driver and helper.
