Two attacked with boiling oil over monetary dispute

Two persons were injured today after boiling oil was thrown on them allegedly by a man during an argument over monetary issue at Muhalla Gandhi Colony of Deoband town here.
32-year-old Ravi, son of Jagdish, was grievously injured after Ajit, son of Daulat Ram, threw boiling oil on him over some monetary dispute, Additional SP Jagdish Sharma said.
A woman who was standing nearby was also injured in the incident, he said, adding, the two injured have been admitted to the Primary Health Centre.
The ASP said the accused is absconding and efforts were on to nab him.
