Acting on a tip-off, the accused Vikas Dandhi (25) and Naseeb Singh (34) were arrested by the special investigation team of Crime Branch and the vehicles were recovered from their possession.
The duo, who used to steal vehicles hired on the pretext of ferrying goods from Delhi to Haryana, were nabbed while they came to the Mandi to dispose of the vehicles.
A case has been registered against them while the further probes are on, police added.
