Additional District Judge Keshrinath Gupta pronounced the order after holding Ramashanker Yadav and his son Veyas Yadav guilty of beating Ramashasish Yadav to death with iron rod and sticks.
The incident occurred in Khereya village in February, 2012.
The court also slapped a penalty of Rs 10,000 each on the duo.
