The body of a man was discovered at the goods depot of Nawada railway station. The miscreants had battered his face and made it unrecognizable.
Sub-Inspector Piyush Kumar of Nawada Rail Police Station said the murdered person has been identified as Ram Sagar Singh (50) of Barka Mohammadpur village in the district.
He had come to Nawada town yesterday in connection with a court case.
The SI also said that the body has been sent for postmortem and the relatives of the deceased have been informed about it.
