Undertrial kills self in Katni jail

A prisoner facing trial for murder allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself to a water pipe inside jail here toady, police said.
The deceased, identified as Babloo, was in judicial custody, they said.
Police said Babloo hanged himself from a water pipe using a cloth, when apparently no one present in the barrack.
A magisterial probe has been ordered in the matter, they said, adding Babloo's body was handed over to his relatives following postmortem.
