Unidentified persons open fire on school bus

The students and staff of a school had a narrow escape today when four unidentified car borne youths opened fire on the bus in which they were travelling near border village Mangia.
DSP, Dera Baba Nanak, Gurmeeti Singh Cheema said that the school bus was on its way to drop the students when four unidentified youths, traveling in an Indica car, opened fire on the vehicle and escaped.
However, no one was hurt.
Police have registered a case on the statement of bus driver Tarsem Singh against unidentified persons.
An investigatin is on, Cheema said.
