UPL has bought 5,40,000 shares in Advanta for Rs 425, translating the transaction at Rs 22.95 crore, according to block deal data available with the BSE.
However, ITF Mauritius has reduced its stake in the company by selling 5,40,000 shares at Rs 425.
According to bulk deal data, UPL has bought 5,40,000 shares at Rs 425, while ITF Mauritius has sold 5,50,000 shares at Rs 425.04.
UPL Ltd holds 4,27,23,548 shares or 50.64 per cent stake in Advanta as of December quarter.
ITF Mauritius holds 36,55,185 shares or 4.33 per cent stake in the company.
