Vigilance court orders probe against Director

A special court here today directed Superintendent of Police, Vigilance, to probe a complaint of alleged irregularities against Director of state social welfare directorate and three others in recruitment of members of Juvenile Justice Board.
Judge of North Bihar Vigilance Court Ajay Kumar Shrivastava ordered SP Vigilance to probe the complaint of alleged irregularities in recruitment in JJ Board in January this year.
The order came on a complaint of Ravi Pratap against Director of state Social Welfare Directorate Imammudin Ahmad and three others.
Ravi Pratap, who is a lawyer, said the Vigilance Court has been instructed to submit probe report by June 12 next.
