Vigilance sleuths caught Mahnar BDO Pramod Kumar and accountant of the block Ricky Kumar red handed while accepting bribes of Rs 30,000 and Rs 10,000 respectively for releasing funds of beneficiaries of Indira Awas Yojana.
The vigilance department had laid a trap following a complaint was lodged against the two and the complaints were found to be correct, the release said.
They were caught red handed while accepting the bribes today.
