Vigilance raids IAS officer's residence and offices

Vigilance officials today conducted simultaneous raids in the residence and offices of IAS officer and state PWD secretary T O Sooraj here and in Kochi in connection with an case of allegedly amassing wealth disproportionate to known sources of income.
Cash and documents were seized during the raids, police said, without disclosing further details.
The Vigilance court at Thrissur had registered a case against him recently.
