Chennai-based VNCT Ventures is launching a housing project with 48 designer apartments at a centrally located place in the city.
The building, conceptualised and designed by Sussanne Khan, is coming up in 1.25 acres with three separate blocks of international standard design, Nagu Chidambaram, Chief of VNCT Ventures, told reporters here today.
Ranging from 1,400 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft, the apartments would cost Rs 7,500 per sq ft and will be completed in the next 20 months, for which bookings have already started, he said.
Stating that the Rs 100 crore-project has European architecture, he said the company plans to replicate the project in Chennai and Madurai as well.
