Wind shield crack on AIE Kochi-Muscat flight

Air India Express' Kochi-Muscat flight, which took off from the airport here today with 170 passengers and six crew members, returned following a wind shield crack.
Airlines sources said the flight had taken off at 8.45 am from the International airport at Nedumbassery. After nearly an hour, the flight came back after the crack was noticed.
The passengers, who were accommodated on a standby aircraft, have already left for Muscat, the sources said.
