Rajbir Kaur was kidnapped when she was having a morning walk along with her mother Naginder in Susana village, they said.
According to police, the unidentified persons pushed Naginder aside and forced Rajbir into the vehicle and escaped.
Due to fog and cover of darkness, Naginder could not note down the vehicle's number, they said.
Rajbir divorced her husband Dilbag Singh about a year ago and her second marriage was to be solemnised on February 5.
Efforts were being made to rescue the women and arrest the kidnappers, DSP Harinder Pal Singh Parmar said.
