In her complaint, the victim alleged that her brother-in-law used to force her to have physical relationship. A few days ago when she was alone at home, he entered her room and sexually assualted her, police said.
He also threatened her of dire consequences, if she disclosed about it to anyone, police said.
The victim had got married in December 2012, police said, adding, her husband is mentally weak and Subash used to manipulate him too.
Police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.
