raped and killed by unidentified persons in Haldi area here, police said today.
Body of the woman with her throat slit was recovered this morning. One of her fingers was also cut off, they said.
SP Anees Ansari said prima facie the woman was raped before being killed.
Agitated over the incident, locals blocked road and disrupted traffic.
Investigation is on, the SP said.
