Youth held for killing girl remanded in judicial custody

26-year-old Utsawa had killed the 25-year-old girl, whose marriage was fixed with another man, after she turned down his proposal on Wednesday.

Judicial Magistrate Mithali Govind Rao yesterday remanded Utsawa in judicial custody till December 20.
