Australia's Abbott says to sign nuclear deal with India on Friday

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - Australia's Prime Minister Tony Abbott said he would sign a civil nuclear deal with Indian counterpart Prime Minister Narendra Modi later on Friday, clearing the way for uranium sales to the energy-hungry Asian nation.
