Aircraft manufacturer Boeing today said it was never threatened by India's Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) over minor incidents pertaining to Boeing Dreamliner 787.
"We were never threatened by any body in India. People work with us in partnership here," said Dinesh A Keskar, senior vice president sales for Asia Pacific and India.
However, he confirmed Boeing was summoned by the DGCA to brief about the snags encountered by the 787s.
The Boeing 787 airplane was making money for Air India, which was also highlighted by the chairman and managing director of the carrier at the show, he added.
