Edserv Softsystems Ltd, an education support services company based in Chennai, has announced expansion of its mobile learning services through telecom service provider Tata Docomo.
Through the tie up, EdServ would offer test preparation content for Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination (IITJEE) and All-India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) on Tata Docomo's educational platform - Tutor on Mobile (TOM) service, across the country at Rs 5-10 per video.
EdServ would offer its educational content, which was previously available online on its flagship product www.lampsglow.com, in the form of videos, text, images, live interactions and podcasts on the mobile smart phone through the offering.
EdServ, which has recently tied up with Samsung, Blackberry and Nokia to provide education content through mobile phones, has plans to expand the services through other leading mobile manufacturers, according to an earlier announcement.
