GlobalLogic, the software product development firm, is eyeing buyouts in India and talking to some firms. It is looking out for small outsourced product development (OPD) vendors, with technologies like software as a service, cloud computing, automated testing, and embedded mobile applications, among others.

“We are in talks with some OPD players in India having specialised technologies. The acquisitions will be complete by the end of the next quarter,” said Jim Walsh, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
