US-based InfoPrint Solutions today announced an agreement with EIH whereby the two companies will help telecom firms and banks increase customer loyalty and revenue by printing personalised promotions on the bills of the subscribers of these firms.
"We will aim to sign telecom companies and banks as our customers to launch such marketing strategy on their behalf," EIH Chief Operating Officer-Unit Press R Shankar told reporters.
"We have recognised the significant business potential and impact of delivering effective and relevant customer communications with this direct marketing strategy," InfoPrint Solutions Company Regional General Manager Rohan Vaidya said.
InfoPrint Solutions Company is a joint venture between IT hardware major IBM and office automation equipment maker RICOH, while EIH Ltd is a member of the Oberoi Group.
