Now Airtel offers per-second plan

Leading telecom operator Bharti Airtel has announced a per-second billing plan for its customers. Under the new plan, users would be charged 1 paise per second for all local and STD calls within the Airtel network, while 1.20 paise per second would be charged for local and STD calls to other networks.
